The platform

ImagineWorks connects businesses and professionals working with artificial intelligence. These terms govern use of the platform, operated by the company identified below. Questions can be sent to our official channels.

Account and information

Access uses ImagineID. Protect your credentials and provide accurate, current information. Anyone registering a business must be authorized to represent it. You may request correction or account closure through the official channels.

Profiles, jobs and applications

Freelancers can register skills, tools, portfolios and hourly rates. Businesses can publish jobs and receive applications. Describe scope and budget clearly and state whether AI credits are provided by the business, freelancer or both. Do not publish confidential or third-party data without permission. Open jobs may appear on the public page.

Free access and hiring

Use is free for freelancers. Each business has one free job publication per month. Creating an account does not trigger automatic charges; any paid services will require prior disclosure of terms and purchase confirmation. The platform does not guarantee hiring, income or results. The parties must agree on work scope, payment, deadlines and conditions in accordance with applicable law.

Conduct and content rights

Do not use the platform for fraud, harassment, discrimination, spam, unlawful activities or rights violations. Only post material you are entitled to use, including portfolios and AI outputs. You retain your rights to your content and authorize its hosting and display as necessary to provide the service. Rights to deliverables must be agreed between client and professional. Reports may lead to review, content removal or access restrictions, with contact and appeal available through the legal channel.

Updates and assistance

The date on this page identifies the terms version. Material changes will be communicated on the platform; renewed acceptance will be requested where needed. These terms do not exclude statutory rights. For questions, reports or account closure, use the contacts below.
