Data controller

Eleven Dragons Publisher LTDA, identified below, is the controller of data processed by ImagineWorks. The contact for privacy questions and rights requests is law@elevendragons.com.

Data and purposes

We process your ImagineID authentication identifier, account type, language and company name when provided. Freelancer records include display name, professional description, skills, tools, portfolio links, availability and hourly rate. We also process jobs, applications, record dates and technical access data needed for operation and security. These data support authentication, profiles, opportunities, applications and platform protection. ImagineWorks does not receive your ImagineID password.

Legal basis and visibility

Processing needed for registration and service use relies on performance of a contract or steps requested by you before entering one. Legal obligations and legitimate security interests may also support specific processing, subject to your rights. Authenticated businesses see skills, tools and rates of available professionals; the listing does not expose names, descriptions or portfolio links. Application messages are visible to the business responsible for the job and may contain information you choose to send. Aggregate counts and open job titles, skills, budgets and AI credit terms may be public.

Infrastructure and sharing

We use ImagineID for authentication, Google Cloud for hosting and databases, and Cloudflare for domain and network services. Providers may process technical data necessary for their services, including outside Brazil, subject to applicable international transfer requirements. Data may also be supplied to meet legal obligations and valid orders. Portfolio and news links lead to third parties with their own policies.

Cookies, retention and security

Essential cookies maintain your session and protect login. Your theme preference is stored in the browser. This version does not include advertising or analytics tools in the application. We retain data as necessary for the service, legal obligations and exercise of rights; deletion requests are assessed subject to these exceptions. We use access controls and session protection; no system is immune to incidents.

Your rights and contact

You may request confirmation and access to data, correction, information about sharing and, where applicable, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent. Send requests to law@elevendragons.com. We may request identity verification to protect your data. Requests are handled within legal deadlines. You may also contact the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD). Policy changes will be identified by the update date.
